Returns & Refunds

We have a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after delivery of the last item to request a return.

To start a return, contact us at hola@breto.store. We'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Returns must be sent to: Carrer de Badajoz, 65, Local 2, 08005, Barcelona, Spain.

Condition of returned items

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Under EU consumer law, you have the right to open and inspect an item as you would in a physical store. If the item shows handling beyond what's necessary for inspection, we reserve the right to deduct the reduction in value from your refund.

Damages and issues

Inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at hola@breto.store if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We'll evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (food, treats)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care and hygiene products (beauty products, grooming items)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Gift cards

Discounted and sale items

Your statutory right to return applies to sale items equally. Our 14-day return window covers purchases at any price. For questions about a specific sale item, contact us at hola@breto.store.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the original item and, once the return is accepted, place a new order separately.

EU 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without providing justification. This right applies regardless of whether the item was purchased at full price or on sale.

Return shipping costs are covered by Breto. We will provide a return shipping label once your return request is confirmed.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 calendar days of us receiving the returned goods. Note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
